Our Tomahawk Steak is a premium cut of beef known for its impressive size and exquisite flavor. With its long bone and generous marbling, this steak is perfect for grilling or broiling to perfection.

 

We recommend coating the steak with a flavorful dry rub and letting it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. Then, sear the steak on high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side to achieve a delicious crust. After searing, move the steak to a cooler part of the grill or reduce the heat to medium and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness. Once cooked, let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving to allow the juices to redistribute. This show-stopping cut of beef is sure to impress at any barbecue or dinner party.
